Alice is so excited to offer a Concert style class this Summer at Sprinkle Me Sugar Cafe! Mars Presents: Music with Alice, a 30 minute family music class, is for 0-5 year olds along with their parents, grandparents and caregivers to come together every week to sing together! Due to the generosity of Mars, these classes are ABSOLUTELY FREE! We will be inside at the beautiful Sprinkle Me Sugar Cafe where you can get gluten free treats, coffee and tea. These classes are highly engaging to all ages, as Alice teaches everyone finger play activities, hand movements, lap songs, call and response singing and we end each class with a lullaby to calm the children for the next part of their day. These classes have a flow that allows quiet soothing and also lots of movement and big fun! Each class is full of simple and enjoyable music from the folk tradition, classics you know and love, and originals written by Alice! These songs are specifically crafted with a wide range of ages in mind (even the adults will love it!) Alice's classes encourage bonding and create one-of-a-kind memories that will last forever afterwards. Every person deserves a chance to make music and these classes are a safe and fun space to do just that!

Hilltop Creative is nestled in Bernal Heights. Our space is aesthetically beautiful and calming for our days together. We are excited to spend the week being creative, building community and long lasting friendships. In YouTube Creator Lab, campers learn what it really takes to create engaging video content - from planning and filming to editing and presentation. This camp focuses on creative storytelling, video production, and responsible content creation, not just posting videos online. Throughout the week, students use a professional video-editing application to transform raw footage into polished videos. They learn how thoughtful editing choices - like titles, transitions, music, and effects - can dramatically improve the quality and impact of a video. Campers also explore what makes content compelling and learn best practices around audience engagement, branding, and digital citizenship, helping them understand how creators grow channels responsibly and creatively. Have you ever wanted to dance with a fairy? Or listen to knock-knock jokes from a gnome? Then this is the camp for you! Kiddos are invited to transform into a character that lives in the Magic Garden– and our guided pretend play will allow everyone to step into the story and explore. Through costumes, crafts, music and puppets we will bring the Magic Garden to life! Please Note: -Your child must be 3.5 when the camp starts. No exceptions for younger friends. -Your child must be fully potty trained. This means they are able to use the larger toilet. -We do not offer naps. You are welcome to pick up during our lunch window from 12pm - 12:30 if your child still naps and needs to head home. -There is no final performance for these camps. These camps are all about pretend play centered in the theme of the week. -We do not take kids to the park, but we will spend time in the larger studio at the end of the day. -We do not offer after-care. If you have a sibling in the other program, you must still arrange for pick up at 2pm for this camp. Drop off is from 9am - 9:30 and pick up is anytime between 1:30 - 2:00pm. Students will be introduced to Kiln firing, and procedures, as well as stages of clay: Wet, Greenware, Bisqueware, and more. Each student will custom glaze each project, and have all pieces fired in our kiln. Many projects are “built upon” each class, so that students experience a variety of mediums and take home several projects. Projects are new every session, so sign-up for both June and July sessions. Our Last Class we will have student presentations the last 15 minutes of class. Please bring a bag and some towels, paper to wrap all of your treasures and take home.

Now that your child has increased his or her language skills, experienced high/low, has marched to the steady beat, and has the rhythm all inside, let's apply those concepts directly to the piano! We will learn the scale, listen to famous composers and famous piano pieces, make music with sound stories, learn musical terms, strengthen our fingers, work on proper posture and hand position, learn quarter notes and half notes, and letters C,D,E all before private music lessons begin! Melody Makers is a solid foundation for piano or private music instruction! Plus, everything is better with new friends! Classes are 1 hour long each week. Calling all young writers, illustrators, and storytellers! In this creative and inspiring workshop, students will dream up, write, illustrate, and bind their very own handmade books. Throughout the week, artists will explore what makes a story come alive—memorable characters, vivid settings, exciting conflicts, and imaginative details. Students may create stories inspired by summer adventures, fantasy worlds, friendships, mysteries, nature, family memories, or entirely original ideas. Guided prompts and brainstorming activities will help each child find a story they’re excited to tell. As writers and artists, students will develop their story structure, design their pages, create illustrations, and think about how words and images work together to create meaning. They’ll receive support and encouragement along the way, while also having room to make creative choices and develop their own voice. To complete their books, students will design a mixed-media cover and bind their pages together with ribbon, creating a beautiful handmade keepsake to take home and share. Perfect for imaginative kids who love writing, drawing, storytelling, and bringing original ideas to life!
